Mark Peot

Mark Peot is a principal at PEOT LLC, focusing on artificial intelligence consulting and open-source software development. They have a robust background in AI research, notably founding Teledyne's Intelligent Systems Laboratory, where they led multiple DARPA programs in machine learning and radar systems. Mark's previous experience includes roles as Chief Scientist and Principal Scientist at Knowledge Industries and Rockwell Scientific, respectively. They served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke University and currently contribute to the US Ski and Snowboard Team as a volunteer in performance monitoring. Mark holds a BS from MIT, an MS and Ph.D. from Stanford University, and has completed graduate studies at the Air Force Institute of Technology.
