Sahar Zafar

Sahar Zafar currently serves as the Senior Scientist and Human Subject Research Protection Program Manager at Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Sahar has a background in Biology, Chemistry, and Pre-med, and holds a Ph.D. in Health and Research Policy from the University of Baltimore. With extensive experience in managing human subject research projects and ensuring compliance with regulations, Sahar has also worked at companies like Snaplytic, ECS, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Prior to their industry experience, Sahar served as a Human Subjects Protection Scientist at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.
