Terry Emmert

Terry Emmert is the current Director of the Adaptive Capabilities Office at DARPA. Prior to this role, they held various positions within the United States Department of Defense, including Principal Deputy Director, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, and Branch Chief. They also have experience in supply chain management at IBM and PRTM Management Consultants. Terry is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has a strong educational background with multiple master's degrees in areas like National Resource Strategy, Civil and Environmental Engineering, and Aerospace Engineering. Their career also includes a tenure as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy.
