Kathryn Lerch

Kathryn Lerch has a strong background in the insurance industry with extensive experience in various leadership and operations roles. Kathryn is currently working as the VP of Agency Operations at Darr Schackow Insurance, where they are responsible for developing performance goals and operational plans, maximizing efficiency and productivity, managing vendor and carrier relationships, and analyzing and improving operational processes.

Prior to their current role, Kathryn served as the Director of Operations at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, Inc., where they oversaw East Coast operations and played a key role in the company's success. Kathryn also held multiple positions at Darr Schackow Insurance, including Director of Training & Operations, Sr. Manager of People & Process Development, Training and Development Manager, and Personal Lines Agent & Agency Training Coordinator.

Earlier in their career, Kathryn worked as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Brown & Brown and held positions at Citizens Property Insurance, including Depopulation - FMAP Coordinator and Senior Agent Administration Specialist.

Throughout their career, Kathryn has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on process improvement, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Kathryn Lerch obtained their Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Tallahassee Community College between the years 2002 and 2004. Later, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business from Flagler College from 2009 to 2011.
