Justin Martin

Justin Martin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin is currently working as the Assistant Recruitment Director at The Direct Action & Research Training (DART) Center since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Development Coordinator at the Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami from September 2019 to September 2020.

From 2018 to 2019, Justin served as an Account Manager at Crow Works, where they successfully marketed commercial-grade furniture to various businesses across the country. Justin excelled in managing sales and developing strong relationships with clients.

In 2017, Justin also held the role of Administrative Coordinator at Crow Works. Prior to that, they worked as an Electronics Team Member at Target from November 2016 to May 2017. Justin provided excellent customer service and occasionally trained new team members.

Justin also has experience in political campaigns, specifically as a Field Organizer for John Russell for State Representative in Ohio from August 2016 to November 2016. Justin played a key role in developing canvassing strategies and significantly increased voter contacts.

Earlier in their career, Justin worked as a Crew Member at Auntie Anne's LLC from April 2015 to May 2016 and at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams from May 2013 to August 2014. In these roles, they consistently provided excellent customer service and engaged with customers to meet their various needs.

Justin's work experience also includes a role as the Marketing Director at Brainchild Magazine from September 2013 to May 2016. Justin managed social media accounts, engaged universities for submissions and collaborations, and distributed the magazine locally and regionally.

Lastly, Justin worked as a Sales & Point of Sales Associate at Kohl's Department Stores from 2012 to January 2014.

Justin Martin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Kent State University, attending from 2012 to 2016.
