Caroline Hoyle

Caroline Hoyle has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Caroline started their career as an Operations Research Analyst at General Dynamics and later worked at Fort Wayne Foundry in the same role. In 1996, they joined Johnson Controls as a Senior Cost Analyst and became responsible for the financial management of a $32 million Honda Accord Track Program. Caroline then worked at Lear Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst before returning to Johnson Controls in various roles, including Manager Commercial Development, Account Finance Manager, and Platform Commercial Finance Director. In 2016, they joined Tenneco as the Global Executive Commercial Finance Director for the Clean Air Division, where they were tasked with implementing a new global organizational structure. Caroline is currently working at Dart Container as the Commercial Finance Director. Caroline's experience includes strategic planning, profitability growth, negotiations, leadership, and cross-functional team management.
