Ediane de Lima

Ediane de Lima is a Senior Researcher and Youth and Community Participation Lead at Dartington Service Design Lab, overseeing projects focused on systemic change, adolescent mental health, and health inequalities since October 2021. Ediane's expertise in service design and systems thinking is complemented by roles as a Non Executive Director at BS3 Community Development, contributing to community improvement initiatives, and previous positions such as Social Change Consultant at The Social Change Agency. Ediane's academic background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy & Management from Universidade de São Paulo, alongside an exchange program at King's College London. Ediane's diverse experience spans research, policy advising, and educational roles, promoting social change and community engagement.
