The Training and Development team at Dartmouth Health is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive training programs to support the continuous education and professional growth of the healthcare staff. This includes developing IT and EHR training sessions, managing EPIC system training, designing learning systems, and coordinating simulation-based education and interprofessional continuing education. The team ensures that all employees are proficient in the latest healthcare technologies and practices, thereby enhancing patient care and operational efficiency across the Dartmouth Health network.
