Rachel joined Dartmouth in 2023 as an Associate on the Early Careers team where she specialises in graduate recruitment across financial service markets.

She began her recruitment journey working at an expert network, where she was tasked with recruiting healthcare consultants for financial service clients. Since joining, she enjoys helping and providing guidance to recent graduates navigating their way into the workforce since graduation.
