Julie Hulet Keller

Julie Hulet Keller is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent Strategy & Organizational Development at Baker Hughes since July 2018, Julie has previously held significant HR leadership roles at GE Oil & Gas, including Regional HR Manager & HR Business Partner, where oversight was provided for a large team supporting over 2,500 employees. Additional experience includes positions in union relations, HR management, and business development across various divisions within GE. Julie holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Westminster University.
