Taylor Almeraz

Taylor is a Consultant within the Dartmouth Partners Financial Officers & Board practice.

She focuses on assisting private equity-backed organisations with C-suite, Minus-1, and Minus-2 level search mandates and supports organisations ranging in size, from early stages to blue-chip. Taylor also specialises in generating data-driven insights and analysis to further support Dartmouth clients throughout the search process.

Prior to joining Dartmouth Partners, Taylor was an Associate in a knowledge management role at Russell Reynolds, where she learned best-practice search strategy and generated global thought pieces on the CFO market.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys Olympic weightlifting, trail running, and photography.
