Amy Guertin Flockton

Amy Guertin Flockton currently serves as the Program Coordinator for the Academic Cluster Initiative at Dartmouth College, focusing on the documentation, streamlining, and standardization of governance and operational processes for interdisciplinary faculty clusters. With a history of roles at Dartmouth including Assistant Secretary to the Board of Trustees and Assistant Director, Flockton has demonstrated expertise in operational coordination, budget management, and inter-office communication. Prior to Dartmouth, Flockton worked at Thirteen/WNET as Associate Director of Program Administration & Station Relations, managing high-profile program accounts and enhancing decision-making through data analysis. Additional experience includes positions at WGBH as Sr. Marketing Manager and at Rykodisc managing the office of the president. Flockton holds a B.A. in History and Religion from Swarthmore College and an M.A. in History from Columbia University.
