Catherine Baggia Duwan

Catherine Baggia Duwan is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at HC Technologies, LLC since September 2019, Duwan specializes in supporting a proprietary algorithmic foreign exchange trading firm and is admitted to the Bar in Illinois and New Jersey, as well as registered as In-House Counsel in New York. Duwan's previous roles include serving as an attorney at Bhuchar Law Firm, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Church & Dwight, and several other prominent firms where expertise in contracts and compliance was honed. Duwan's educational background includes degrees from Dartmouth College and Boston College Law School, as well as further studies at Northwestern University and Princeton University. Additionally, Duwan contributes to the Dartmouth College community as an Admissions Ambassador and board member of the Dartmouth Club of Hartford.
