Janice V. Williams

Janice V. Williams is an accomplished professional in higher education and recruitment with extensive experience in student success initiatives and program coordination. Currently serving as the Associate Director at the First-Generation Office at Dartmouth College since August 2022, Janice previously held the position of Assistant Dean for Senior Students and Williams Firsts at Williams College from September 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that, Janice worked at Adecco in a leadership recruitment role at Google, where recruitment focused on Principal and Distinguished Engineers. With a solid background at The University of Texas at Austin, Janice established the award-winning Move Forward Program and held various positions, including Senior Program Coordinator for Student Success Initiatives. Janice earned a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College.
