Rebecca Stenn is an accomplished artist and educator with a distinguished career in dance and choreography. As the Artistic Director of the Rebecca Stenn Company since 1996, the company has garnered critical acclaim performing in over 50 cities globally. Stenn currently holds artist positions at Gallery Henoch and Agora Gallery, and serves as a Lecturer in Dance at Princeton University and as a PT Assistant Professor at Eugene Lang College, The New School for Liberal Arts, teaching various dance-related courses. Additionally, Stenn has experience as a Choreographer in Residence at Dartmouth College and has held artist residency positions at institutions such as the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and Keene State College. Stenn's early education includes a BFA from The Juilliard School and an MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The New York Times characterized Stenn's work as exemplifying “Wit, concision and gutsy passion.”
