Ann Bailey

Ann Bailey serves as the President of DARTS, leading a team of 60 and overseeing a network of 1,000 volunteers dedicated to enhancing the lives of the aging community in Dakota County and neighboring areas. Bailey is also the Vice Chair of DARTS Board of Directors, focused on fostering community connections for seniors. Previous roles include Minneapolis Aquatennial Commodore for the 80th Aquatennial, leadership in technology services at Target, and project management at Fujitsu-ICL Retail Systems. Additional experience includes serving on the Project Management Institute-MN Board as Director of Certification and coordinating logistics for WalkAmerica with the March of Dimes. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a high school diploma from Lincoln High School.
