Alanna Taylor

Alanna Taylor currently serves as the Lead Academic Coach at Smart Horizons Career Online Education since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of Academic Coaches, tracking metrics, managing timecard approvals, and facilitating communication between coaches and upper management. Alanna has provided training and support to both coaches and students, while also previously managing student records through Salesforce and maintaining relationships with partners and students. Prior experience includes serving as Administrative/Intake Personnel at MBO Partners from January 2008 to October 2016, where event organization for military health assessments was key, and as a Vocational Evaluator at employU, Inc., focusing on assessing work skills and capacities for vocational rehabilitation. Alanna earned a degree in Exceptional Student Education K-12, ESOL, Special Education and Teaching from Indian River State College between 2009 and 2013.
