Alastair Pryce

Alastair Pryce has extensive experience in project and program management, particularly in the manufacturing and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Project Delivery and Head of Compliance & Continuous Improvement at Darwin Group since April 2014, Alastair focuses on improving production efficiency and enhancing work processes while ensuring health and safety compliance. Previous roles include Head of Programme, where responsibility included developing manufacturing programmes and enhancing staff productivity, and Programme Manager, overseeing procurement and material management within budgetary constraints. Alastair's earlier experience as Assistant Site Manager involved supervising construction teams and managing project operations, while initial military service in the British Army provided a foundation in equipment maintenance and operations.
