Christopher Rosser

Christopher Rosser has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Christopher most recently worked at Pagaya as the Head of Asset Management. Prior to that, they held the same position at Avenue One. Christopher also worked at WS Development in investments, where they oversaw asset management, capital markets functions, and underwrote acquisition opportunities. Before that, they were the Head of Real Estate Acquisitions at Knotel and the Head of Global Office Real Estate at Wayfair. Christopher's earlier experiences include working as an Associate at Starwood Capital Group, owning their own company called Bastion Capital Real Estate, serving in the U.S. Army's 75th Ranger Regiment in various logistics and leadership roles, and working as a Reconnaissance Platoon Leader and Assault Command Post Platoon Leader in the U.S. Army. Christopher started their career as a Summer Intern at BayNorth Capital.

Christopher Rosser has a comprehensive education history. Christopher obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance with a minor in History from Boston College between 2003 and 2007. In 2014, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Real Estate at The Wharton School.

In 2020, Christopher Rosser enrolled in the Wentworth Institute of Technology and is expected to complete a Master of Science (MS) degree in Construction Management by 2022.

Additionally, Christopher Rosser holds various certifications. In 2016, they completed Excel for Real Estate Levels 1, 2, and 3 with distinction from the institution Real Estate Financial Modeling. Christopher also obtained a Top Secret-Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) Security Clearance from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management in November 2010.
