Akash Kaushik

Akash Kaushik is an experienced professional currently serving as an Implementation Manager at Darwinbox since April 2022. Prior to this role, Akash worked at Infosys from April 2016 to April 2022, holding the positions of Lead- HRD and Senior Associate Lead. Akash began the career as an Intern at T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt Ltd in 2015, contributing to research on Performance Management Systems. Previous experience also includes working as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra from April 2011 to June 2014, where responsibilities included providing application support, performing root cause analysis, and delivering data mapping and migration services. Akash holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, complemented by a higher secondary education in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Alwar.
