Prashanth Yellavula

Prashanth Yellavula is a Customer Success Consultant at Darwinbox since August 2022, with prior experience as a Talent Associate at Alignity, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management system design, HRIS administration, and policy implementation. Earlier, as an HR Intern at Tata Power-DDL, Prashanth conducted analyses of employee separation factors, collected data from former employees, and devised solutions to enhance employee retention and performance management. Prashanth holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Electronics, and Computer Science from Nizam College, Hyderabad.
