Floriane Rumford-Hentsch

Floriane Rumford-Hentsch is an experienced professional in employee benefits and organisational assessment, currently serving as an Assessment Consultant at CIPD since July 2019, and previously held roles as Organisation Assessment Executive. Prior experience includes positions at Capita Employee Solutions from February 2015 to June 2019 as an HR Consultant and Benefits and Reward Consultant, where development and launch of an employee financial wellbeing platform were managed. At Aon Hewitt from August 2011 to January 2015, Floriane served as a Global Benefits consultant, overseeing the design and management of global benefits programmes, including a significant secondment to Zurich for a harmonisation programme. Additional experience includes freelance work at Jonas Foundation UK, social secretary for the Swiss Embassy in London, communication roles at the University of Fribourg, product management at Villars Maître chocolatier, and an internship at ICRC.
