Shaiwal Singh has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. SHAIWAL began their career at i2 IT Solutions Inc. as an IT Technical Recruiter. In 2016, they joined IbleSoft Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they stayed until 2019. Following that, they worked at American Unit, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at Darwinbox, starting as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer before being promoted to Principal Quality Assurance Engineer in 2022.

Shaiwal Singh completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from PSIT College of Engineering, Kanpur, from 2011 to 2014. In September 2014, they also obtained a certification as an AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist from Aspiring Minds.
