Gradirm Rebecca Marks Ba (Hons)

Rebecca Marks BA(Hons), GradIRM has extensive work experience in risk management. Rebecca is currently working at DAS UK Group as the Head of Risk, where they lead the enterprise-wide Risk Management function and provides oversight and assurance across the risk management framework. Rebecca is also a member of the Leadership Squad, ensuring consistency in approach and awareness of critical business decisions. Prior to their current role, Rebecca worked as an Enterprise Risk Manager at DAS UK Group.

Before joining DAS UK Group, Rebecca worked at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd, starting as a PA to the Chief Risk Officer/Head of Finance. In addition to their PA duties, they also supported detailed risk registers throughout the business and served as the Audit, Risk, and Control Committee Secretary. Rebecca was later promoted to the position of Risk Officer and then Senior Risk Officer.

Rebecca began their career at Beringea as an Office Coordinator.

Rebecca Marks BA(Hons), GradIRM began their education in 1999, studying at UCL where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Archeology in 2002. In 2013, they enrolled at ACCA and completed their Intermediate Certificate in Financial and Management Accounting. In 2014, they pursued further studies at the Institute of Risk Management, earning an International Certificate in Risk Management. Lastly, from 2019 to 2021, Rebecca Marks attended the Institute of Risk Management again and completed their Postgraduate Diploma.
