Vicky Reynolds-Jones

Vicky Reynolds-Jones has extensive work experience in the legal and insurance industry. Vicky has been the Head of Customer Experience & Insight at DAS UK Group since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Law Operations at DAS Law from 2016. Vicky also worked at DAS UK Group as an Executive Project Lead from 2015 to 2016 and as a Claims Manager from 2009 to 2015. Before joining DAS, Vicky was an Operations Manager at AMICUS LEGAL LIMITED from 2007 to 2008. Vicky started their career at DAS Legal Expenses Insurance, where they held the role of Assistant Claims Manager from 2005 to 2007. Vicky also worked as an Employment Litigator and a Legal Advisor at DAS Legal Expenses Insurance from 1999 to 2004.

Vicky Reynolds-Jones began their education at Swansea University in 1995, where they pursued a Law Degree and graduated with LLB (Honours) in 1998. Later, in 1998, they enrolled in the University of the West of England and completed a Legal Practice Course Diploma in 1999.
