Olga Seltser

Olga Seltser currently serves as the Head of Automation & Laboratory Technology at Dash Bio since November 2024. Prior to this role, Seltser held multiple positions at Harbinger Health, including Head of Automation and Senior Director of Automation, from March 2021 to November 2024. Additionally, Seltser was the Head of Automation at Sail Biomedicines (formerly Laronde) from March 2021 to July 2024. Seltser's earlier experience includes various roles at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc., such as Associate Director of Automation and Senior Manager of Automation, from January 2017 to March 2021, and Principal Automation Engineer. Seltser started the career at H3 Biomedicine as a Senior Scientific Automation Engineer from September 2012 to December 2016. Academically, Seltser earned a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
