Tuya Malawo

Tuya Malawo possesses extensive experience in customer service and business administration. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at MultiChoice Group since August 2020 and at iSON BPO since January 2018, Tuya also operates as a Business Administrator for both self-employed ventures and Tuy Enterprise. Previous roles include teaching, environmentalism, and assisting in butchery at Zambeef, from January 2013 to February 2018. Tuya is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance at The University of Zambia, expected to be completed in July 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Education in Environmental Education from the same institution, earned in 2018.
