Flavia D.

Flavia D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Flavia started their career as a Professor Adjunto at Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte - UNI-BH and later at Faculdade de Estudos Administrativos de Minas Gerais - FEAD.

After that, Flavia worked at Biominas Brasil as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for bringing in new clients, managing execution of projects, establishing internal processes, and coordinating various strategic planning and business development activities.

Flavia then joined ThoughtWorks as a Lead Project Manager and later as a Delivery Principal. In these roles, Flavia managed the delivery of teams in Brazil to clients in the USA, ensured client expectations were met, coached project managers and team members, and controlled project finances.

Flavia also worked at Agile Brazil, where they served as both an Organization member and as a Chairwoman for their conferences in 2019 and 2020. As chairwoman, they coordinated committees, identified gaps and risks, and created an onboarding process for new members.

Before their current role at dashfi as a Product Manager, Flavia was a Product Owner at PayCertify. In this role, they were responsible for the product's onboarding and back-office systems, improving processes, and streamlining approvals and integrations.

Flavia D. holds a diverse education history. Flavia earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biotechnology from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology at the same institution from 2006 to 2007. Flavia D.'s undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology, which they obtained from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais between 2001 and 2005.

In addition to their academic achievements, Flavia D. has pursued further certifications to enhance their skills. Flavia obtained the EF SET English Certificate with a score of 74/100, demonstrating a C2 Proficient level of English proficiency in June 2021.
