Kala Moses Baxter, MFA, CLC, currently serves as a Training & Development Specialist and Professional Coach at West Philadelphia Skills Initiative, focusing on coaching, communication, and team building. With extensive experience in radio as co-owner of Those Baxters LLC and as a Radio Personality, Kala co-curates Rhythm & Praise Los Angeles and hosts a syndicated show, #StreetPsalmsRadio. Previously, Kala facilitated trainings for social service professionals and led women's support groups at Alma Domestic Violence Foundation. An adjunct professor at Temple University and a distinguished actress and teaching artist, Kala has a strong background in theatre, holding a BA in Theatre & Communications from Temple University and an MFA in Acting & Directing from the University of Arizona.
