The Role:

You will be a main point of contact for clients throughout their entire property journey, from onboarding, to settlement and beyond.

You will be their “Friendly Warrior” - The friendly go-to person when the client needs help, who is also passionately fighting for their success at every step.

You will understand clients goals, and what success looks like to them, so you can ensure that they are moving towards their goals and winning along the way.

You will be an excellent communicator who understands that it can be better to over communicate than under communicate, but you know to adjust your communication style to suit the individual client.

You will be the champion of our company values, and ensure that at every stage, the clients best interests are put first.

You will be the intermediary between the clients and third parties, such as conveyancers, property managers, mortgage brokers and more.

You will develop relationships with third party providers, such as conveyancers and property managers, in order to assess and recommend these parties to our clients. This includes creating pricing and service comparisons to ensure the client is getting the best outcome.

You will be the person who helps navigate any changes to property settlement timelines, by being the glue between all the relevant parties and making sure that everyone involved is communicating clearly, and working toward the same goal.

You will identify potential issues before they arise, and notify the relevant parties to help avoid problems.

You will embrace new technologies, systems, tools and processes including but not limited to productivity software, information management systems, and communication platforms.

This role will require you to be available and accessible outside of standard office hours.

This role will likely change and evolve as the company grows, but will always seek to serve our mission to transform the way Australia invests and become the number one property investment company in Australia by the end of the decade.

From day one, you will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, and a lasting influence on our clients and company.

The Responsibilities:

  • Main POC throughout the client journey
  • Client onboarding including hosting the onboarding call, and account set up
  • Regular and valuable communication with clients
  • Recording and monitoring client goals
  • Main POC with third party providers such as conveyancers and property managers
  • Regularly review third party service agreements to ensure our clients are getting the best deals
  • Keeping client account information up to date including updating CRM tools
  • Understanding any special contract conditions to ensure that they are satisfied in line with the terms of the agreement.
  • Making sure all “key dates” are recorded, communicated and met.
  • Creating and distributing information guides to clients on different parts of their journey
  • Creating and updating reports for both clients and management to provide insights into the client journey
  • Host a “Post Purchase Review” meeting with client to wrap up the purchase process
  • Attend regular team meetings
