Meg B. has worked in various roles in the customer success and operations field since 2011. Meg began their career at Down Dog Yoga as the Director of Operations from 2011-2014. In 2014, they became the Chief Operating Officer at [solidcore], where they were responsible for the opening and overall success of all nationwide studios. In 2017, they were the Director of Retail Operations at ACE Hardware, where they developed and executed the operations, sales, and customer experience strategy for 12 locations. From 2018-2019, Meg was the SVP of Customer Success + Operations at Circuit, where they led the Operations team during a period of 4X growth and recruited and hired for key leadership positions in HR, Accounting, and Recruitment. From 2019-2021, they were the Director of Customer Success at Ravti, where they managed $60 million in ARR and a team of 4 Customer Success Managers.
