Etienne Adriaenssen

Etienne Adriaenssen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Etienne is currently working as an Ambassador at One Young World since July 2021. Prior to that, Etienne served as the Chief Technology Officer at DasLab.app, where they were responsible for building a healthcare infrastructure platform with a focus on digitalizing diagnostics data and processes to improve health costs and outcomes. Etienne joined DasLab.app in September 2020.

Etienne is also the Founder of SpottyEgg Ltd. since March 2015, where they have developed over 16 apps and bots. Their company invests in health and wellness tech and focuses on social impact moonshots.

In the past, Etienne was the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Coral, a company that aimed to build a sexual well-being platform similar to Headspace. Etienne left Coral in August 2020 due to the distance caused by the pandemic. Etienne also co-founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer at inconvo, a conversational survey and engagement systems company, which was later sold to YouGov.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Etienne worked as a Tech Consultant at Outhere Music from May 2006 to August 2017. Etienne co-founded and served as the CTO of Voice Polls from January 2012 to March 2015. Etienne started their career as an intern at Heliatek, an organic photovoltaics startup, where they worked on product specifications and market research from January 2010 to June 2010. Etienne also had a trainee position at Anheuser-Busch InBev from September 2007 to January 2008.

Etienne Adriaenssen completed their Executive Education in Foundations of Scaling at IESE Business School in 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Materials Science (MEng) at Cornell University from 2010 to 2011. Etienne obtained their Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering (BEng) from Imperial College London between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they engaged in further education at Singularity University in 2018 and Le Camping in 2015, although specific degrees and fields of study for these experiences were not provided.
