Shrutika Jadhav

Shrutika Jadhav is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director and Head of the Catalytic Philanthropy unit at Dasra since 2017, focusing on supporting NGOs, families, and institutions to promote equitable community needs. Previous roles at Dasra include Manager positions in Catalytic Philanthropy and the Dasra Adolescents Collaborative, where responsibilities ranged from conducting research and designing support for high-net-worth individuals to managing investment impacts of portfolio organizations. Shrutika's earlier experience includes positions at the Institute of Water Policy as a Graduate Research Assistant, and the India School Leadership Institute as City Head in Mumbai, as well as significant contributions at Teach For India as Senior Program Manager and Teacher-Fellow. Shrutika began career development as a Senior Management Trainee at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Academic qualifications include a Masters of Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
