Audrey Faula

Audrey Faula currently serves as the EMEA Total Rewards Director at Dassault Systèmes since February 2025. Prior to this role, Audrey held the position of Compensation Director at Crédit Agricole CIB from October 2022 to December 2024. With extensive experience in corporate compensation and benefits, Audrey worked as the Global Corporate Compensation & Benefits Manager at Kering from June 2020 to October 2022 and as the Total Rewards Manager for France & Canada as well as Central Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, and CIS at AbbVie between April 2018 and June 2020. Earlier in the career, Audrey had roles at BNP Paribas from October 2008 to September 2017, including HR Project Manager, Compensation & Benefits Specialist, and Compensation and Benefits Analyst. Audrey holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Université Paris Cité and a Bachelor's degree/Master 1 in Human Resources Management from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
