Lidija Spasojevic

Lidija Spasojevic is an experienced executive assistant currently serving as the Senior Executive Assistant to the EVP and GEO Managing Director AMERICAS at Dassault Systèmes since April 2023. Prior roles include serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO at MorphoSys from November 2019 to May 2022, and as Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President at State Street from December 2018 to November 2019. Lidija's career also encompasses positions at Korn Ferry, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director from December 2014 to December 2018, and a stint as Political Affairs Officer at the United Nations Office for Disarmament from November 2012 to May 2013. Earlier experience features a role as Investment Assistant at National Bank Financial from January 2008 to June 2009. Lidija holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from Harvard University and an Honors Degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, along with an Associate's degree in Social Sciences and Psychology from Cegep Heritage.
