Melanie Boucher

Melanie Boucher, CRHA, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Dassault Systèmes, Melanie has also held positions such as Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Advisor at Big System Distribution. Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, completed between 1997 and 2000.
