Samia Sellam

Samia Sellam serves as Vice-President, Group General Counsel, and Board Secretary at Dassault Systèmes since October 2012, overseeing the Worldwide Corporate and EMEAR Contracts departments, which includes approximately 30 lawyers. Sellam's responsibilities encompass the negotiation and management of diverse agreements, business development strategies, securities and corporate governance, M&A activities, compliance with company law, and various financing matters. Previously, Sellam held the position of Partner at Paul Hastings focusing on M&A and capital markets, and served as a Senior Officer at the Autorité des marchés financiers in France, managing financial disclosure matters. Early career experience includes work as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP specializing in public and private M&A and capital markets transactions. Sellam holds a DEA in Droit international privé from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
