Santiago Garcia O'Regan

Santiago Garcia O'Regan is an experienced professional in the fields of aerodynamics and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), currently serving as the R&D Applications Manager for XFlow at Dassault Systèmes since April 2016. Santiago's role focuses on customer relationship management and product enhancement through understanding engineering requirements. Prior to this, Santiago was an XFlow CFD Application Engineer, contributing significantly from the start-up phase to acquisition by Dassault Systèmes. In addition to the current position, Santiago works as a Lecturer in Aerodynamics and CFD at the Motor & Sport Institute, educating postgraduate students in motorsport engineering. Previous experience includes project management at Airbus Defence and Space, where responsibilities included project scheduling and financial controlling, as well as an aerodynamicist role at OBR Racing and other positions related to motorsport and education. Santiago holds a Master’s degree in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
