Alexander Masotti serves as General Counsel at Data Analysis Inc.'s Capital Markets Division while holding multiple general counsel and chief compliance officer roles within various O'Neil entities since 2019. Prior to this, Masotti had an extensive career, including positions such as Head of IR & Marketing and Associate General Counsel at Copper River Management from 2006 to 2009, and Partner at Conrad & Scherer, LLP from 2016 to 2018. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Masotti has also consulted for investment managers and led operations at several hedge funds. Currently, Masotti is pursuing a B.A. from John Jay College and a J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center.
