Doug Murphy

Doug Murphy has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Field Service Specialist at Data Business Equipment, Inc. since October 2019. Doug also owns TweakerTech, a business focused on personal computer services, home security, home automation, and network security, established in January 2009. Prior to these roles, Doug worked at Dell EMC for over 17 years, holding positions as a Senior Account Service Engineer and Senior Customer Service Engineer, where responsibilities included configuring, installing, and supporting EMC products and managing multiple corporate accounts. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Dubuque and an Associate of Science in Electronic Engineering Technologies from Northeast Iowa Community College.
