Shafi Babar

Shafi Babar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Shafi began their career at Synygy, where they worked as a Quality Control Specialist and later as a Senior Software Tester, specializing in installation testing. Shafi then moved on to Optymyze, where they held various roles, including Senior Software Tester, Software Engineering Lead, and Product Manager for Common Platform Services. At NICE Ltd, they served as a Specialist Technical Product Manager for their SaaS solutions. Shafi further enhanced their product management skills at Nuance Communications as a Principal Product Manager, focusing on healthcare automation and AI. Currently, Shafi Babar is employed at Data Dynamics as the Director of Product Management, responsible for driving the strategic direction and success of a unified data management user experience.

Shafi Babar completed an Executive PG Program in Software Engineering with a focus on Cloud Computing at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Post-graduate Diploma in Computers from the Advanced Computer Training School in Pune in 2007. Shafi'sundergraduate education was at Visvesvaraya Technological University, where they obtained a B.E. degree in Computer Science from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Shafi Babar has obtained various certifications. These include "Building a Product Roadmap" from the Project Management Institute, "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap" and "Product Management: Building a Product Strategy" from LinkedIn, "Writing a Business Case" from LinkedIn and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft, and "Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)" from the Scrum Alliance® in 2019.
