Dustin Kikuchi

Dustin Kikuchi has over 10 years of experience in the IT field. From 2007 to 2018, they worked at SMC Aerospace as an IT Support and IT Manager. As IT Manager, they were responsible for all aspects of IT for the aerospace manufacturing company, including network and endpoint security, server infrastructure, data security, and system backups. Dustin also planned and implemented the company's transition from physical to virtual servers, the move-in to a 40,000+sq. ft. facility, and NIST 800-171 Federal Government requirements for contracts. From 2018 to present, they have worked at Data Evolution, LLC as Manager of Professional Services, Client Success Manager, and Project Engineer. As Client Success Manager, they served as a trusted advisor, drove client retention, and acted as an escalation point for difficult or complex client satisfaction issues. As Project Engineer, they acted as primary point person for driving assigned IT projects and helped scope projects, put together solutions, implement projects, and manage teams assigned to a project.

Dustin Kikuchi has an extensive educational background. Dustin graduated from St. John's Prep in 2001 with a High School Diploma. Dustin then attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2001 to 2004, studying Computer Science. Dustin then attended Salem State University from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a BS in Business Administration. Additionally, they have obtained three Fortinet Network Security Expert certifications from Fortinet in February 2022.
