Etienne Morne

Etienne Morne has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Etienne started their career in 2009 as a Consultant at the European Association of Local and Regional Initiatives for Economic Development. Etienne then worked as a Chargé de mission at the INSTITUT EUROPEEN DE RECHERCHE SUR LA POLITIQUE DE L'EAU in 2009. In 2010, they served as a Chargé d’études et d’évaluation at the Consulat Général de France à Turin under the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères.

From 2011 to 2014, Etienne worked as a Consultant Grands Comptes - Etudes et Veille stratégique at the Argus de la Presse. In 2014, they co-founded Palab Research, where they served as a Founder COO. At Palab Research, their responsibilities included analyzing market indicators and trends, conducting market research, and producing informative content.

In 2014, Etienne also founded Trustin Africa and assumed the role of Founder COO. During their time at Trustin Africa, they successfully executed various tasks such as defining business models and development strategies, conducting business prospecting, managing HR responsibilities, lobbying, implementing partnerships, and overseeing operational processes.

In 2018, they transitioned to Data Impact by NielsenIQ as an Operations Manager. Etienne played a pivotal role in the specialized analysis and management of data within the E-commerce industry. In 2021, Etienne joined Time for the Planet as an Associate. Time for the Planet is a mission-driven company focused on raising one billion euros to deploy 100 innovations in the fight against climate change.

Etienne also holds various roles in organizations dedicated to climate action. Etienne serves as an Animateur d’ateliers at La Fresque du Climat and as a Shifter at Les Shifters.

After that, from 2007 to 2010, they studied at Institut d'études politiques de Rennes, where they completed a Master 2 Politiques européennes (Master's in European Politics) with a field of study in Science politique (political science). During the same period, they also attended Université de Rennes I, where they pursued a Master 2 Science Politique (M2), Master 1 Science Politique (M1), and a License in Droit (law).
