Lauren Pont, CSM has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lauren is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Data Impact by NielsenIQ since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Project Manager and UX/UI Tester starting from November 2019.
Lauren has also worked at The Coca-Cola Company as the NAOU Agency Operations Manager from January 2022 to February 2022. Previously, they held positions at OLIVER Agency, serving as the eComm Operations Manager for Unilever's U Studio from April 2020 to September 2021, and as the eComm Senior Project Manager from March 2020 to April 2020.

Earlier in their career, Lauren held positions at L'Oréal as an Artwork and Junior Project Manager from January 2015 to November 2015, at Marketing Challenges International, Inc. as a Business Development Manager from May 2014 to September 2014, at Tom Ford Beauty as a Global Communications Coordinator from April 2014 to May 2014, and at The James Agency as a Traffic Coordinator from September 2011 to August 2013.
Lauren Pont, CSM completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations at Chapman University from 2006 to 2010. Lauren also obtained additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in December 2017 and a Smartsheet Certification from Smartsheet in May 2017.
