Jaya Godwani

Jaya Godwani is a seasoned project and transformation program manager with extensive experience in managing diverse projects across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Transformation Program Manager at Data Intensity, Jaya oversees various project activities, including budget forecasting and workload management. Previous roles include Project Manager at HCL Technologies, where responsibilities involved monitoring team performance and project assessments, and ITSM Project Manager at Data Intensity focused on agile project management. Earlier, as Deputy Manager at HCL Technologies, Jaya developed and implemented performance improvement policies. Jaya began the career as a Senior Specialist at Convergys, providing technical support to AT&T internet users. Jaya holds an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Annamalai University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
