Nigora I. has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nigora currently serves as the Program Director at Data-Pop Alliance, overseeing the Resilient Livelihoods and Ecosystems program. Prior to this, they worked at Data-Pop Alliance as a Program Manager & Researcher, focusing on using data and AI to address local realities and societal challenges. Nigora also co-founded DASH | Data Analytics for Sustainable Herding, where they developed methodologies to use big data analytics and AI for decision-making under uncertainty. Nigora has experience as a Project Manager at Think-it, a software engineering collective, and at Mobdiun - Creative Youth, an organization focused on inspiring youth to lead change in Tunisia. Nigora has also held roles as a graduate intern at Manobi, a consultant at the Monteverde Conservation League, and as a project manager and engineer at LAPORTE EURO, Laporte Consultants, and GREMI. Additionally, they worked as a research assistant and resident assistant during their time at Drexel University.

Nigora I. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University between 2007 and 2012. Later, they pursued further studies at Columbia University from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree specializing in International Sustainable Development.
