Nancy Gonzalez

Nancy Gonzalez has a long and varied work experience. In 2006, they began as an Explainer at the New York Hall of Science, where they explained over 400 exhibits and presented daily demonstrations to visitors. In 2007, they moved to the Science Technology Library at New York Hall of Science as an Assistant Librarian, providing patron services and assisting museum staff with creating curriculum for workshops. In 2010, Nancy began working as a Computer Instructor at Phipps Community Development Corporation, teaching adults and seniors how to use and become familiar with a computer. That same year, they also began working as a Network Analyst at Aseismic, assisting the technical lead in performing daily maintenance and troubleshooting of a client's Asterisk PBX. Nancy also worked as an Experienced Tutor at WyzAnt Tutoring and as a Director at SoTechie Spaces - Coworking NYC, managing the co-working space and coordinating events. In 2015, Nancy began working as an Operations Manager at Aponia Data Solutions. Finally, in 2022, Nancy began working as an Operations Manager at Data Products LLC, working directly with the Chief Data Strategist to take the business to new heights.

Nancy Gonzalez received their AAS in Telecommunication Technology from Queensborough Community College between 2005 and 2010. Nancy also holds a Certificate in CCNA (1,2,3,4) & A+ Computer Repair from the School of Cooperative Technical Education, obtained in 2004-2005. Additionally, they obtained the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in August 2018 and the Cloud Star Associate certification from IBM in August 2017.
