Pradeepta Mishra

Pradeepta Mishra has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of artificial intelligence and education. Pradeepta is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Architect at Data Safeguard Inc., a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Artificial Intelligence - Fosfor at LTIMindtree from December 2012 to January 2023. Pradeepta also worked as the Director of Artificial Intelligence at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from December 2012 to December 2022.

In addition to their corporate roles, Pradeepta has also worked as a visiting professor at Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati (October 2022 - November 2022), Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (March 2022 - November 2022), and Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (January 2021 - November 2022). Pradeepta has also served as a visiting faculty at REVA Academy for Corporate Excellence - RACE from April 2019 to November 2022.

Pradeepta has also contributed as a startup mentor and advisor at Centre for Innovation and Incubation, Utkal University from October 2021 to March 2022. Furthermore, they held the role of a technical reviewer at Apress, specializing in interpreting machine learning models, from September 2021 to October 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a data science faculty at upGrad from March 2016 to November 2019.

Pradeepta Mishra completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics Honors from Utkal University in the years 1999 to 2002. Pradeepta then pursued a Post Graduate degree in Analytical & Applied Economics with a specialization in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics at Utkal University from 2002 to 2004. Pradeepta further enhanced their knowledge and skills by obtaining various certifications, including "CS109 Data Science" from Harvard University, "Programming for Everybody (Python)" from the University of Michigan, "Data Science Specialization" from Johns Hopkins University, "An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python" from Rice University, "Machine Learning" from Stanford University, "Introduction to Data Science" from the University of Washington, "Probabilistic Graphical Models" from Stanford University, "Natural Language Processing" from Columbia University, "Neural Networks for Machine Learning" from the University of Toronto, and "Social Network Analysis" from the University of Michigan. Pradeepta is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Explainable AI at REVA University, which they began in 2021. Additionally, in 2020 to 2021, they completed the Artificial Intelligence Professional Program (Online) at Stanford University, specializing in XCS229i, XCS224U, XCS224N, and XCS229ii.
