Brendon Scott Randolph

Brendon Scott Randolph is an experienced software developer specializing in the BMC Remedy ITSM platform with a strong background in supporting the United States Army and Air Force. Currently employed at DSA since February 2019, Brendon develops and customizes the Remedy ITSM application suite. Prior roles include Remedy Subject Matter Expert at SMS Data Products Group, Inc., where operational maintenance of the Remedy ITSM system was conducted, and Senior Remedy SME at Technica Corporation, focusing on migration projects. Brendon has also served as a Systems Engineer and Senior Principal Systems Engineer at NCI and General Dynamics Information Technology, respectively, gathering requirements for various Army installations. Both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering were earned from Louisiana State University and Cornell University, respectively.
