Mike Donovan

SVP, Strategic Solutions Group at DSA

Mike Donovan is Senior Vice President of DSA’s Strategic Solutions Group (SSG). Mike oversees programs supporting the DoD including the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), Naval Intelligence Activity (NIA) and Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). Mike also leads DSA’s federal, state and commercial programs including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Commonwealth of Virginia, and numerous U.S. universities. Mike’s teams provide innovative solutions and services in the areas of cloud, intelligent analytics, digital modernization, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and critical infrastructure.

Mike joined DSA in 2001 as a Systems Engineer and has held positions as Program Manager, Program Director, Senior Director, and Vice President. Prior to joining DSA, Mike supported the development of Knowledge Management solutions for the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO)/National Missile Defense (NMD) and state and local government.

Mike holds a Master’s degree from the University of Virginia in Management of Information Technology (MS MIT) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ferrum College. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
